Where do you ship from?
We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in India.
How long will it take for my items to arrive?
It will usually take 3-5 days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.
How can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes to your order you will need to contact us within 24hrs of placing the order.

Cancellations
- You must contact us within 24 hours.
- We cannot cancel your order once it has already been shipped.

How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
It takes usually 1-2 business days.
Is shipping really FREE?
Yes, shipping is free worldwide on most items. On some items, we have free shipping over an order value of INR 3000, if mentioned.
Which currency will I be charged in?
We process all orders in INR.
What happens if I receive a damaged product?
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
If this happens to you, please reach out with:
- Your order number.
- A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
Yes, all customers receive an order number after placing their orders.
Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.
